  16. The AFS demo readme speaks of the partition limitation being
  17. 10 megs. And even goes so far as to say to hackers that if
  18. this limitation is "removed", that things will "appear" to
  19. work, but that the drive will become unstable and data will be
  20. lost.

  22. However, there is no mention of how many 10meg partitions the
  23. demo can be used on.

  25. I tried it on several, hoping to be able to see how much more reliable
  26. it is than FFS, but I'm still seeing instability.

  28. If using the AFS demo on more than one partition is the problem, then
  29. I'd like to know. But I'd also like to know if the the registered versions
  30. are the same way... cuz if they are, I ain't buying it. I use multiple
  31. partitions and I won't quit.
